Southern Charm is located in a quiet neighborhood , it has beautiful landscaping in the front and back yard, There are 2 nice seated area in the back with a bbq. The inside of the house is fully furnished and beautifully decorated with a peaceful, quiet, tranquil setting. It has a very relaxing feel with the huge comfy couch and all the natural light. The floating desk can be moved to any room for your privacy. There is a BBQ area with gas grill and an extra tank as well as a separate beautiful area for gathering in the middle of the day or evenings at the table area. This home was recently remodeled with a gorgeous bathroom and new floors throughout. There is a large 55 inch TV and timer operated (top right of hearth) glass enclosed gas fireplace for romantic quiet evenings to unwind. It is equipped with all kitchen amenities such as a rice/Instapot and egg cooker. Equipped with Tea, Hot Chocolate, Keurig Coffee & regular coffee/pot. The microwave is also an air fryer please check your settings. It is also equipped with wine. South Stage Cellars wine is from our local winery and can be purchased for $25 the rest of the wine can be replaced with your favorite bottle valued of at least $10 to share with other Guests. You can use one and replace one.
There is instant access without contact and owner is available for any issues 24/7.
This home is nicely landscaped by a professional company and has regular maintenance from a highly incredible Heating and Air Company.
If you like to hang dry your laundry this is the place it catches a small breeze in the afternoons to insure your laundry is smells fresh and dry.This home holds lots of bright natural light

I am originally born in San Francisco but lived most of my life in Santa Rosa, CA. I attended Santa Rosa Christian School then on to high school at El Molino High School, and onto Santa Rosa Junior College then to a Santa Rosa Business College.
I have 110 lb. boxer he is a tall boy but such a love. Hes in his older years now so his life is a bit harder for him.
I love RVing, Hiking and sight seeing in my spare time and my favorite spot to be is on the Ocean.
I love being a host and meeting the guests & their families they all have a wonderful story to share. I love decorating and spend lots of time doing just that.

Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood I have been here since 2001 and raised my twin boys here who now are married and on their own. This home use to belong to a dear friend of mine and our standing joke was, “you know someday I am gonna purchase your home.”. The home has some loving memories of a great friend. I was ill and he would visit with me every day at his girlfiriends house who was gracious enough to house me when I got really ill. They both were really unique individuals and She is still my best friend.
What makes this property unique
I poured my heart and soul into this home and some how always felt comforting to me to be here. I have fond memories of the previous owner. The house is light and bright and full of joy. It has all the amenities like being at home. Beautiful fireplace and large oversized couch you can melt into. Theres wine on the fireplace waiting to be enjoyed.
