Cute and comfortable

Really nice property, nicely decorated, everything you need is there. Close to everything, Medford is easy to get around. We had a neighborhood wide power outage that affected the heater somehow. The owners had a neighbor come right over to check it out. We were able to get an alternate heat source up and running. It just happened to be a rainy, chilly couple of days, but we were cozy!All said, we had a lovely time here.

We were charged an unexpected cleaning fee. The amount of cleaning required was not in the check out list.

Host Charged Cleaning Fee

I had been trying to communicate with the host about why she was trying to charge a 100 cleaning fee. I had never stayed in a VRBO before and did not realize you had to do dishes and take out the trash. This seemed like a hefty fee for this and it was not in the check out instructions either that we needed to take out the trash or do the dishes. I did make sure to put all the dishes in the sink. I felt like I tried to communicate calmly but she still automatically charged my card. It was my first time staying somewhere after having a baby with my family so we just didn't realize the rules. Kind of messed up...

Lovely clean house

This home is in a nice area of Medford with sidewalks and parks nearby. The home is clean and the furniture is comfortable. It has a minimalist Vibe with self-help and yoga books, yoga mat and supplies, and organic teas.and coffee. I especially enjoyed the beautiful back yard.
