Great house for our family of 5! Even though the A/C broke just before we got there the host did his best to ensure we stayed comfortable and checked in on us. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay!

This is a very well furnished and equipped house with a beautiful backyard. The bedrooms and bathroom are pretty small, but the rest of the house is very comfortable. Jonathan was a very good host. We felt like we got great value for the price, and would gladly stay here again on future trips.

This is a small house renovated to be a vacation rental. The renovations are all of high quality. The shower enclosure in the bathroom is striking and has two shower heads. The kitchen appliances are impressive and large. However there were no cupboards in the kitchen so dishes are all just on shelves. I washed everything before using them.Upon entering the house there was an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew in the home that got into everything, bedding, towels and even the partial role of paper towels. The bedrooms are very small as mentioned in another review. There are no drawers in the either bedroom or luggage racks for unpacking. There were a couple of empty very deep drawers in the hallway. Each bedroom could be assigned one but access would be awkward. The furniture is all oversized. There isn't anywhere for a short person to sit comfortably. I spent most of every day in Ashland at the Shakespeare Festival and it was an easy drive. It would also be easy to get to the wineries in the area. This space worked adequately for my short stay, but I wouldn't stay here again.

This home was such a gem! The back yard is a lovely oasis, the kitchen has a delightful layout, and the beds are so comfy. The home is more spacious than you'd expect and thought had been put into the variety of kitchen utensils and the super comfy linens. The shower is also a bonus!

Charming, comfortable and clean 1920s home. The kitchen is a chefs dream with a large stove/oven and separate little coffee bar/breakfast nook. Beds were very comfortable and the shower with the rain shower overhead and a separate shower head on the side was fantastic! So looking forward to returning!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this Medford home in this quiet neighborhood close to downtown. It is a cute, vintage house that's nicely remodeled with a great kitchen, beautiful garden and comfortable beds. We travel to Medford for work and the large refrigerator and well appointed kitchen suits our needs very well. There are lots of cute little touches throughout the home that make us feel welcome upon our arrival like freshly cut flowers in a vase on the dining room table. Jonathan, the owner, is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to our next Medford visit and would certainly stay here again.

This place is absolutely wonderful- clean, quiet, comfortable, cozy, well stocked, so so cute-!!! Loved it-!!! Only thing is I would suggest putting carpet tape on the corners of all the rugs because the corners are coming up and it’s a hazard- but I tell you- it’s a magnificent place-!! Backyard area is so relaxing
So beautiful at night
