Being built in 1928, there is a uniqueness and charm to the property that is in the historic Avenues neighborhood. However it has been completed renovated and updated to suit modern expectations. It has an updated kitchen with a gas stove top, bar and granite counter tops and gorgeous cabinets. The master suite has a double shower and sink. The basement is fully finished with 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The backyard is a private summer oasis.

Fantastic Stay

This was the perfect set up for our family, two couples and an infant. We all had space and privacy. The beds, and other furniture were all comfortable and in very good condition. The kitchen was adequately stocked and there were even some great toys for the baby! The location was easy, nice neighborhood.

Perfect place to bring families together

My daughter and her fiancé are in the Air Force. For the wedding, we had decided to stay in a vrbo with our new family, both families traveled from other states. We had never met them so it was either going to be a disaster or a blessing. Our families got along great, had plenty of room, but it was a perfect space to gather. The beds were super comfortable, they had high quality sheets, towels and pillows. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed and offered enough space to accomplish large family dinners and even preparation for a reception! There were tons of blankets and plenty of seating. The house was perfectly located and the owner was super fast to communicate with us for anything we needed. This house was a gem!

Great place to stay

Very comfortable and roomy house for our family stay. Loved the location. House was updated nicely. Only wish we could have enjoyed the outside seating area but had a good amount of snow. Thanks for having a shovel handy!

What makes this property unique

Within walking distance of Frontier park but far enough away that parking at the house isn't an issue. Also minutes from the hospital and the Capitol building if you would be here for business.
