Sitting on 5-acres, this retreat is perfect for your next special event, family reunion, or Micro-Wedding. It provides ample space for you and your closest friends to stretch out, explore, swim, play, relax and enjoy the many amenities this North of Austin community offers. Enjoy the whole house to yourselves w/ brand new pool, hot tub & fire pit on the back patio.

This 4-bedroom retreat nestled on 5 acres is ideal for large group getaways, reunions, or gatherings. With complete Texas Hill Country living, this house has everything to make you feel at home: a fully-equipped kitchen, coffee bar, 1G Wifi, Roku, washer, dryer, fireplace, and more. Each bedroom has a gorgeous futon that opens up to a queen size bed. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom attached.

Outside games such as corn hole, giant Jenga, as well as board/card games are available to use, as well as the BRAND NEW pool, HUGE hot tub, two fire pits, large patio with rocking chairs, and pergola.

It's our goal for you to relax, reconnect with your family, friends & colleagues in a comfortable, PRIVATE and secluded environment and count the days until you can return.

*Note: For large gatherings and events with more than 25 people there is an additional charge. However, we are flexible and willing to work with you! We want to make sure your event is special and memorable.

We offer a whole property experience as a venue for your micro wedding or event, providing the opportunity to make it an event to remember! The spacious living room, with an exquisite fireplace, opens into the dining and kitchen area. We encourage you to grab your coffee at the fully stocked coffee bar, lounge on the back deck and enjoy the quiet country scenery. Guests will have access to the whole property, including plenty of parking and unique PRIVATE key code access. Arrival instructions are shared with ample time before you come.
