I was born in Japan in 1957 (U.S. Army hospital) and my parents moved to San Jose, California when I was 3 months old. Grew up in the Bay Area and moved my family of 3 kids to Rocklin in 1997. Moved to Newcastle in Nov. 2003. I have 7 grandchildren. I've had a painting business for 33 years and recently retired and plan to do STR as my "hoby joby" to allow me to travel. I've been renting out my "pool house only" for 6 years now and thoroughly enjoy doing it. Been a Super Host on another platform and hope to be Premier Host on this one.
Why they chose this property
This truly is a "special place". Sits right below Indian Hill Rd. and is a significant part of the Maidu Indians tribal history. (Thunder Valley Casino) The sunsets and views are 2nd to none in this region. I've been told many times by guests that this place has a "special vibe" which I believe to be true. If getting away from the grind of everyday life and gathering with family and loved ones in a beautiful/peaceful place is what you're seeking, then I can assure you will NOT be disappointed.
What makes this property unique
Privacy...amazing sunrises and sunsets. Lots of lush green grass with fencing to contain pets and little ones.
