For music lovers the villa has Alexa system with unlimited listening of your favorite tunes. Enjoy two swimming pools including a semi-olympic for swimmers.

Pinilla highlands is located in the hills overlooking Hacienda Pinilla and Playa Avellanas. You can see Tamarindo and Langosta in the distance.
It is very quiet and peaceful, and you can hear the Howler Monkeys usually in the mornings and evenings.
It’s nice to be so close to town and the great surf spots, yet feel so far away from it all.

Pinilla Highlands is a very quiet and relaxing residential neighborhood that combined the perfect mountain-ocean environment. Away from the noise of traffic, I always enjoy the mountain breeze and panoramic views. Love to share paradise with you.
