This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. 10 minute drive to East 6th, anywhere east or downtown. Friendly safe neighborhood. Every inch of this freshly renovated retro decorated, super clean property is yours. Walkable to Hanks (hip/nice) all day cafe w drinks at night. Very near tacos, noodles, pub, Starbucks, lots of food options, Ups store, Alamo drafthouse, Mueller HEB Grocery, Thinkery, Dell Children's Medical Center, University of Texas
