Enjoy the vacation home with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The house has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathrooms. The king-sized master bedroom has access to balcony. The guest room has a queen bed. No need to rush to claim the bathroom first thing in the morning—both bedrooms get their own. There’s a half-bath near the kitchen in the first floor. Two futons in the common living area sleeps 2 more guests for a total of 6.

The house has whole home in-duct HVAC unit installed which can kill up to 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses.

An open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and both living areas, offering good flow and space for your group. A large bay window lets in lots of light. The house is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfy stay. We provide bedspreads, blankets, pillows, linens and towels. The kitchen is equipped with appliances. The house also has an entertainment center.

Beyond the traditional way of control all the electronic devices, we also have a home automation system which controls AC temperature, lighting, alarm system, and more. You would find the control panel on the wall right next to the front door.

The home was clean and comfortable and well stocked, the back deck is awesome, Comfortable beds and nice showers, Location was great for getting into town. Matt was really helpful, we arrived earlier than expected so Matt let us leave luggage inside the home.

This property was the perfect little get away spot. It was in a quiet little neighborhood that was surprisingly close to downtown. 3 of us stayed for a girls weekend and it had plenty of room and all the essentials for a comfortable weekend. The owners were very responsive and had our A/C issue fixed within hours of reporting it (the home has 2 A/Cs so we were still plenty comfortable!)

Perfect April in Austin

Our very first VRBO experience was just perfect—property located just right distance from downtown Austin—a few miles and perhaps 5-10 minutes from everything you would want to see and do in Austin! The house was well equipped, everything was clean, my wife and I had plenty of room in the downstairs open area which included a livingroom area and large kitchen—and the upstairs had two large bedrooms —the mattresses were great! The owners were easily assessable via email and responsive. When we come back to Austin we will definitely look for this property first!!

Matt and Amy provide a modern upscale home with great amenities. It is in a quiet Austin neighborhood that is close to downtown or Mueller attractions. They are responsive to requests and prompt in addressing any issues. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every day.

Beautiful Home with great amenities

We stayed at This home for a girls getaway trip to Austin. Let me start off by saying before we even arrived; the owner was so kind and helpful! He gave us lots of ideas for things to do and fun places to go while we were there. When we arrived, the home was everything we expected & then some! Beautiful kitchen that looks out over the creek; extremely comfortable beds, 3 nice sized bathrooms, a great hottub outside and lots of seating to just hang out and enjoy the beautiful backyard! The hi-tech entertainment system was wonderful too! We were able to listen to music from our phones all over the house & out back! Saturday afternoon we had a little downtime and even got to watch a movie on Netflix. This house is right down the street from a large nice grocery store and several great eating places. We went downtown to Esther's Follies comedy club Saturday evening and used Uber to get us there. It only cost $12! The home was in a convenient location & only took us 8-10 minutes (with traffic included) to get to our furthest destination. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again! I would highly recommend this home!

Our goal is to offer the perfect vacation home feeling with all necessary amenities available to you for a competitive price. This home was designed for relaxation in mind. While the home has an open concept in the 1st floor living area, great for group gatherings, we also have the upstairs relaxing area and outside deck area creating many relaxing spaces for peaceful alone time and socialization.

Our kitchen offers all appliances and cookware needed to host meals at the home and our onsite laundry/dryer make this ideal for long stays. If you're looking for a month-long or more retreat you'll find every amenity you would want to be comfortable in your home away from home.

The house is close enough to downtown to enjoy the fun nightlife, but still be able to have a nice peaceful place to relax with a great view.

What makes this property unique

The most unique thing about the property is that it is close to downtown, yet you still get an excellent view of a green belt with a running creek. There is just about no where like it near downtown.

We love relaxing on my deck listening to the birds and enjoying the view in the mornings with my cup of coffee. We call it our urban paradise.
