This is the perfect summer getaway! Just a 10 minute walk to Jenkinson’s Boardwalk and walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and train station. This beautiful 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a 50” TV, newly renovated bathrooms, freshly painted walls, laundry room, private garage plus a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars! The master bedroom includes 2 full beds (coming summer season 2023) with a nightstand, dresser, and closet. Bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds, a dresser, nightstand and closet. Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and closet. The outdoor swimming pool is shared with the other unit, each unit has its own private outdoor shower, patio furniture, and grill.
