This home is impressive from the minute you walk in the front door to the exquisite full lake view through the sliding glass doors that cover the expanse of the back of the house.

The large cozy patio covers the back of the home where you can relax and watch the amazing lake sunsets. In addition to the sliding patio doors, the glass doors from the kitchen open to the Three Seasons Entertainment room (grilling) also opens for easy serving and conversation from patio to kitchen.

THE OPEN CONCEPT OF THIS HOME makes it the perfect place for entertaining families, and the large six bedrooms provide a cozy space away from the crowd. There are flat screen TVs with Wifi in all common areas, as well as the downstair's master.

THE LAKESIDE DOCK IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR FISHING, SWIMMING, OR A LAZY DAY OF SUNBATHING! The dock is covered with an electric boat slip for easy accommodation for a large wakeboard boat or Pontoon boat. The easy access to the lake provides convenience for activities such as boating, jet skiing, and other water sports. If your looking to play a game of golf, there are five public courses within a 20-mile radius.

Kingsland is a growing community with grocery delivery available through Instacart. If you prefer to do your own shopping, HEB is 5 minutes from the house. Boat Town Bar and Marina has great food and live music on the weekends and is 1/2 mile from the house or a 5 minute boat ride. Wakepoint "The Spot" offers live music, food, drinks, fuel, and good times. Kingsland also has great Mexican food, BBQ, Pizza, Coffee shops, and breakfast restaurants. For a more formal dinning experience, there is a restaurant that was featured in the Chain Saw Massacre Movie called Hoopers, and a new steak house Junction Prime. If you are a wine lover, Perissos Vineyards and Torr Na Lochs Vineyard and Winery are just a quick 10 minute drive and have great atmosphere and occasional live music.

There are many opportunities for recreation and entertainment, you will never run out of things to do. Visit local vineyards and antique shops. Explore caverns, hike and bike state parks, or have breakfast at the famous Bluebonnet Cafe. If you like live music, you won't be disappointed with the choice of nightlife in eclectic, downtown Marble Falls. Austin, the live music capital of the world is only 45 minutes away, the Hill Country Galleria is a mere 30 minutes, and the many sites of San Antonio including Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the Riverwalk and the famous water park Schlitterbahn just over an hour drive! The fall climate is pure enjoyment and the winter climate is also mild. The winter temperature is usually in the 50-70 degree range. Our 'freeze spells' never last long. This is Texas, we can have a 40 degree day one day & a 70 degree the next! We rarely have snow and it melts quickly. Kingsland is a popular attraction for Winter snow birds, so come on down! Whether it's a weekend, a week, or a month or two, come to the Texas Hill Country and treat yourself and your family to a wonderful time on this constant-level lake! The house has a lovely view of the river/lake. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook our meals. The house has the perfect lay-out for three families. We were unable to take advantage of Lake LBJ because of the recent floods but it did not dampen our vacation. We enjoyed the pool, games, and nearby golf. We hope to visit again. Our grandson loved the modern architecture and so did the rest of us.

Amazing property. The house is out of a decorating magazine and it has a kitchen and outdoor grill that made meal prep for our large family a breeze. Kids enjoyed. The pool and spa and the adults enjoyed the numerous tvs to watch football. You will not be disappointed.

Great way to enjoy lake LBJ

We have been boating on Lake LBJ for 20 years and this home provided the perfect spot on the lake. The water is very calm and beautiful to look at. The home is fantastic and our group of six adults and four young children had plenty of room to cook in the fantastic 3 season's room, watch sports on multiple tv's, swim in the pool and relax. All of the architectural details and decorating in the home gave it the feeling of a elegant but casual home. We will look forward to staying in the home again.

LBJ Familiy Vaca 2024

The home in Kingsland Texas was absolutely stunning. The hostess were so kinda and available. Internet and TV was perfect, no outages. We were busy watching College Baseball Championship and Astros in the outdoor kitchen the entire trip. This is the first Villa we have rented that the AC worked perfectly upstairs. I would have liked a TV in the upstairs bedrooms but it was not a huge deal. A+ and definitely a home we would rent again.

The perfect house for a luxury lakeside getaway!

We had an incredible time spending a few nights during spring break at this home. The owners were hospitable, easily reachable and accommodating the entire trip. The house is seemingly brand new, expansive space with plenty room to spread out! The three season room with accordion doors had an incredible outdoor cooktop and grill which is where we spent most our time. We were two families of 5 each with 3 young kids… important elements were pool, lake access, big backyard (for all the kid sports!) and a nice kitchen to cook great meals together and this was everything and more! We will definitely be back again soon!

Amazing House and View

Our family of 10 adults and 1 infant celebrated Christmas at this gorgeous house on the lake. It was absolutely perfect! We cooked all of our meals, so the kitchen was an important part of our experience. The kitchen was abundantly stocked with everything we needed and more! The walk in pantry and two refrigerators were huge with plenty of room for all of our food. We also enjoyed grilling in the all seasons room. The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The hosts even put up a Christmas tree which we truly appreciated. So many thoughtful touches throughout the house. The whole family fell in love with having morning coffee on the back patio overlooking the lake. So peaceful and beautiful. I have stayed at many VRBO properties, and this is truly one of my favorites!!

Beautiful and Roomy

This was our first time staying on this part of the lake and the host was very accurate about it being the best arm of the lake! The water in this area was calm and there were not as many boaters. The home is huge and was very clean with plenty of space for our 10 adults and 3 kiddos. The placement of the hot tub in the shade worked great as a small wading pool for 2 very active young girls. The pool is on the smallish side but still was fun for us as there was plenty of sitting area around it and on the wall. Our only suggestion would be a couple of pool umbrellas since the way the pool sits it is in the sun all day long and some shade down at the pool would have been nice. The kitchen bar/table was great for both stand up meals as well as sit down dinners. If you are like us and like to get in the lake there was not a ladder to get in and out but we did find a rock near the bulk head that allowed for a pretty easy exit! We brought our Lilly pad and tied it up to the dock and spent a lot of time out in the lake. If you like to rent boats while on vacation this house is conveniently located 5 min away from a boat rental and a quick boat ride back to the house to pick everybody up and drop them off when they are ready. The star of the show in this house is the awesome grill/bar area. We cooked 2 meals on the grill and both chefs thoroughly enjoyed it! This home has made it to our repeat list for sure!

Most beautiful house you will ever stay in

This house was everything we wanted and more. It truly the most beautiful and most thoughtfully designed house I have ever stayed in. So roomy, every inch of space is well utilized, the design of the house just makes it so easy for everyone to stay together. We came with our family that consisted of 8 adults and 5 kids and we felt very comfortable. Beautiful interior. An even prettier exterior with an expansive patio, and really nice and well sized pool and hot tub and just a beautiful scenary with the trees and lake view. So serene and peaceful. Kitchen was well equipped. Two huge fridges. There was a beautiful sunroom that some of the adults hang out at to enjoy the view. It’s all glass all around so very well lit even on days that were super gloomy and cloudy. Exceptionally clean room and bathrooms. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. TVs literally everywhere in the house. Just gorgeous. The pictures don’t do this house justice you will be very pleasantly surprised when you go. You will not be disappointed. The one caveat I would add is they the hot tub definitely takes more than 30 mins to heat up. It took 1-2 hours to heat up. And there were times where the controller at the house did not work and we had to contact the owners to turn it in from their end on their phone apps. But the owners were super responsive even during thanksgiving weekend and made sure to respond and help us get things sorted out when we needed to. It was a bit inconvenient for us because we were unlucky with the weather, it was freezing cold and gloomy the entire stay and the hot tub was literally the only thing we had for entertainment for kids and adults. But if you go when the weather is nice enough to enjoy the outdoors and the pool, the hot tub issue would be insignificant. Also the owners said they are working on fixing the issue so maybe by the time others go the issue would be resolved anyway. Either way, this is the perfect house. I would go again in a heartbeat if I decide to go back to Kingsland.

Our family has enjoyed vacationing at Lake LBJ since our children were small, and in 2016 decided it was where we would love to retire one of these days and decided to build a home. We continue to love the lake life and enjoy sharing our home with vacationers throughout the year.

This modern home offers all the comforts of home with amazing lake view and sunsets! The pool and hot tub are a perfect was to end the day, while grilling in the indoor/outdoor kitchen area. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you could need or want.

What makes this property unique

The Llano are of LBJ has always been our favorite for wake boarding, skiing, and surfing. It is usually calmer than most areas of the lake and the sunsets are amazing!
