This suite symbolizes our love of everything fun in nature! From bike riding to canoeing and horseback riding, this suite brings to life all the fun there is to be had in the countryside. Surrounded with gorgeous pine woodworking and beams, and equipped with all the best amenities, couples enjoy the stone fireplace, TV, cozy master bedroom with a queen bed, the fully-equipped kitchen, and the master bathroom with two-person Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. It also features a cement patio with outdoor seating under an awning for the perfect spot to relax and unwind after your adventures in Amish Country.

This property is my favorite in this area! Friendly staff. Modern rooms. Walking trails. Each room has a private fire pit. When we checked in, we were given a list of local dining options listed in distance from our room! Gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, easy parking. The property is outside of town but a short drive. Beautiful scenery. Will definitely stay here when we go back!

Growing up on a dairy farm across the road from what is now our lodge property, Duane Miller (co-owner with his wife, Gwen) later in his life saw an opportunity to purchase part of a farm, which years later became the location for our lodge. What started out as two, private lodge suites grew into twelve private, luxury lodge suites and two luxury, cabin suites. Duane grew up Amish on a large farm in Holmes County, Ohio and Gwen was raised in the rural countryside of Coshocton County, Ohio. Both enjoy sharing their love of nature, farm-country, and the peaceful countryside with their guests.

What makes this property unique

Our suites are tucked away in a woodland paradise on the northern side of our property. Situated in the heart of Amish Country, these luxury suites provide beauty, solitude, and the finest accommodations. The North Suites buildings were designed in the timber-frame style with large timber beams, beautiful wood siding and stonework. Each suite has its own private balcony for guests to enjoy the woodland setting. Strolling around the grounds, guests enjoy well-manicured flower gardens, our horse barn and our Amish neighbor’s horse in our pasture field. (Coming soon, we will have our own horses for guests to enjoy.) Continue the walk out the beautifully paved driveway to our quiet country road, where buggies can be frequently seen clip-clopping along their way. Make your way to the Sojourner’s Pond across the road, to take in the pond views and hike the trails on the Sojourner’s southern property. Guests can also enjoy an evening at one of the fire pits, star gazing, meeting new friends, or cozying up with their special someone. And with only a short drive to all the attractions in Amish Country, guests have the best of both worlds: the quiet respite on a picturesque property and the proximity to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions that make Amish Country so great. Come and experience all that’s great about Amish Country in our lodge suites!
