Bright and modern beachy apartment 1 block from Atlantic Ave and a short walk to the gorgeous beach. Everything you need for a fantastic stay .

The Space:
This great unit is very bright and comfortable. Everything is brand new. Minutes to Atlantic Avenue with all the great restaurant, bars, shops and galleries and a 15 minute stroll to the beach.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the whole unit. Great grill, picnic table and chairs outside to enjoy the beautiful weather in Florida

The Neighborhood:
The unit is less than 2 blocks to Atlantic Ave and a 15-25 min walk to the beach. There is free parking in the street.

Getting Around:
You can walk to everything in Delray or there is a free trolley or golf cart ride to where ever you need to go within a mile radius, using the "downtowner" app.

Interaction with Guests:

Awesome Host

The place was clean and comfortable but most of all 2 blocks from ground zero in Delray Beach. The best part was Peter, our host! Peter was helpful and a joy. I'd stay here or at any other place where Peter is the host.

The perfect location for Delray Beach walking. Good clean place, everything we needed, and Peter was a great manager, very responsive. We were so happy.

Great bike riding - perfect location

Pete was professional and Helpful. Space was enough for 2 adults and 2 bikes. Located walking distance to beach and bars and cafes. Mattress good, outdoor space comfortable. We have stayed here twice with no complaints. Washing machines free and readily available.
