*** LOCATION: We are located across from the titanic between traffic lights #0 & #1. Turn at the Dunkin Donuts. Our unit is located in building 1 on the 7th top floor with the best Mountain View’s from this location. Our unit is facing the main highway right across from the titanic for you to enjoy looking out at all the fun and attractions Pigeon Forge offers.

You may also enjoy our free newly renovated indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. An updated playground area and basketball court next to the pool with a grilling patio located in the back of the complex next to the pool. Our condo is also furnished with bath towels, washcloths, paper towels, dish detergent, bar soap, trash bags, serving utensils, silverware, mixing bowls, pots/pans, Keurig K- Duo Single-Serve & Carafe coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a blow dryer! ***

One of the main reasons we purchased one of the Mountain View Condos of Pigeon Forge are the gorgeous mountain views, the spacious accommodations, and the location just off the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge! This is one of the best deals in Pigeon Forge. We are located on the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, within walking distance to the Local Goat, Hollywood Wax museum, the Titanic, Hatfield and McCoys, and many other attractions and restaurants. If you would like to stroll gift shops and eateries, ice skate, ski, bungee jump, ride an alpine slide or aerial tramway, play putt-putt, get a thrill at Dollywood theme park or Splash Country water park, visit a black bear habitat, see the holiday light display, or even skydive indoors, phew - Gatlinburg is only seven miles away! Why stop there? The Smoky Mountains and Appalachian Trail make for a beautiful drive starting at the edge of Gatlinburg.

This is the second time we have stayed at Mountain View Condos with Ericka and it was just as amazing as the first time!! This is our go to condo, we won’t stay anywhere else!! The condo is perfect for our little family, always clean, and convenient being right off the parkway! It’s close to everything!

Definitely staying again

Family and I went for spring break and had the best time. Place was very clean and the property manager responded quickly to messages. Loved staying in Pigeon Forge and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our first stay!

The condo was very nice, clean and conveniently located. It was nice to have a comfy spot to quick recharge after exploring all day before heading out to dinner. Very comfortable living room furniture and bed. We’ll be back!

Awesome view

The condo was very clean with a great view of the parkway. Erika answered all our questions in a very timely manner. It was Rod Run weekend and a lot of people complain about the noise from the cars but it was all quiet inside the condo. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully Clean

This rental is just as pictured and extraordinarily clean. It was also so quiet. If we had neighbors, we never heard them. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again.

The condo wasn’t in the expected condition when we arrived, but the owner was quick to respond and worked to make things right. This unit does have an excellent view and is easy access to all the fun of Pigeon Forge.

condo review

Overall, I was satisfied with the condo. Opportunities for improvement include cleaning the elevator, fixing the front door which doesn't close without extra effort and the refrigerator/freezer which couldn't keep anything frozen and the fridge which didn't get colder than ~45 degrees.

Modern and comfortable

We found the condo clean and the air when you walk in is so refreshing. Nicely appointed and well equipped. We had an issue with the refrigerator and as soon as we contacted the manager, we had a response from them as well as the owner. It was fixed immediately with a brand new refrigerator that came very timely to insure that we could prepare food for our group that we we’re meeting with in Pigeon Forge. It was a real treat dealing with the owner and her team. Will book this condo again next year if available when we come back no doubts!

1st time troubles

Walked in, very nice. 5 minutes later, rain was pouring in at the bedroom door, under the bed. It was a mess. After that, i was afraid we would come back to a flooded room. Shower could use some cleaning. Refrigerator didnt cool as well as it should. Wi-Fi was terrible. Other than that, it was ok. Never have I had any problem at any place we've stayed. Our 30th anniversary is one to remember.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. We mainly just slept here and hung out at times. The pool was a good feature. We chose a condo for more privacy than a hotel and a washer and dryer. The dryer takes extra long. Like you have to dry the clothes 2 or 3 times on the 100min setting for them to dry. And the master toilet ran the entire time we were there. Some of the dishes seemed dirty but we washed those so we could eat so that was no problem. We do recommend this condo. Great location. We haven't been up to pigeon forge in about 8 years. As its changed its much better than what we remember. Theres so much to do!! We did go up to Gatlinburg and it is not what we remember. We didn't stay long plus you have to pay for parking up there for everything but not in pigeon forge! Horseback riding and the rocky mountain coaster are must do's. If you like to eat make reservations for the peddler. And definitely go to the old mill. We would stay here again!

Perfect

The location was perfect, it was our first time visiting the area, and the condo was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do, and the Mountain View was amazing. The Christmas tree and lights setup above the fireplace made it feel like home. The condo was really clean and had everything that we needed. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back next year!
