3 driveways for parking boats or RV's, large fully fenced 1/2 acre property for pets to run and play! Two public boat ramps located within 3.3 miles. Separate room for cleaning gear (double utility sinks), rigging, crafting, buffets or a 3rd sleeping quarter utilizing couch or self inflating bed, (provided) if needed. Relaxing outdoor pergola with gas fire pit and grill that is perfect for winding down after a beautiful day on the lake. Sleeps 6 (utilizing trundle bed), can accommodate 8 by request if sleeping in common area is desired, ($50 surcharge per person per night if more than 4 are staying). Central A/C system with UV/LED whole house sanitizing unit.

Perfect Place

We had a Palm Bay Bass tournament at Okeechobee and this place could hold at least 8 boats. Thank you very much Gary. It truly is like home.
