Dayton area of Ohio

The location was close to our family in Dayton, Waynesville and Lebanon. There were 5 of us and 3 bedrooms was perfect. We enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck. This home was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. We enjoyed plenty of hot water in the shower. I would stay here again. Chantee the host answered my questions quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

House rental

I enjoyed staying at this property. Older home, but super clean and everything worked. Listing was correct on all parts. Only problem " I" had was with the TV. Needed passwords which I did not remember to take and instructions would have helped me. Would not have a problem staying at this property again.

Met needs, but dirty/dusty

The house was overall ok with enough beds for our family. The cleanliness was not great. The fans, baseboards, shelving were very dusty/dirty. There were crumbs and candy wrappers in the couch. The living room ceiling fan was extremely noisy. The listing says it has kitchen utensils, but there were only 2 forks, 2 bowls, not enough of anything to serve 6 people which the listing claims to fit. Neighborhood was decent. I did not receive check in instructions 3 days ahead as expected and had to ask for them to be sent to me. The bedroom has a large TV, but the Roku remote does not turn the tv on/off or change volume. I ended up leaving early as my allergies made me very sick in the house due to the high level of dust as there has clearly not been a deep cleaning done a quite some time.
