Perfect for the Beach

House as advertised. Decor and landscaping well done. Clean, but could have been cleaner on arrival. Kitchen had no frills, bring accoutrements and tea towels. Shout out to property maintenance, who were exceptional. Grill needed to be replaced, dishwasher on the blink, dryer did not work anda faucet had a leak. All dealt with in a timely and friendly fashion. Trolley gets you in to Santa Maria’s quaint downtown. Short walk over a busy road to beautiful beach

Beware

The condo were given was not the one shown in the pictures. The one and only parking space assigned to the condo was used by someone else. It took over 12 hrs to get the car moved so we had a place to park. Carpets were dirty and worn. Kitchen did not have enough plates to accommodate the 6 people. Good luck if you wanted/needed to cook. Dishwasher did not work. Living Room TV did not work. Maintenance said it did but after turning on the picture when out 2 minutes later The AC filter was coated and appears to have not been changed in months the best thing about this place was the heavy handed bartender at the beach/pool bar
