*Separate bedroom and fully gated front yard on bottom level
*4 Smart TVs including a 65” 4K QLED TV in the family room
*Air Conditioning: 3 ACs located in the unit, one unit on the second/main floor, one unit in first upstairs master room and another unit in second upstairs master room
*Washer/dryer both located next to the two master rooms on the top floor (both with private bathrooms)
*Pets: we allow dogs but host approval is needed. Dog fees are $150 per dog per stay
