Charming 3BR Retreat w/ Pool & Pool Table

Looking for the perfect home to accommodate your group? Look no further, our large 3 bed 2 bath house awaits! Our stylish and spacious home, nestled in the Desert Hot Springs neighborhood, is the perfect group getaway. Take a short trip to downtown Palm Springs or enjoy our outdoor furniture and pool in our private backyard. This home boasts a pool table, brand new appliances, a TV with Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Youtube TV (cable), and tons of more entertainment!

Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a fee of $100/night and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. The pool will be heated to approximately 84 degrees.


This is a dreamlike location with incredible decor and atmosphere, the perfect backdrop for your trip. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making coffee in the morning, to pouring a glass of wine to end your day, to looking out at the breathtaking sunsets from the backyard.

The property comes with a swimming pool, pool table, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and patio furniture to maximize your fun all year round. We also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Youtube TV and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.

Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.

The bathrooms come with essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo, for your convenience.

While Desert Hot Springs offers fun local restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a relaxing meal at home. Our huge, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a fun dinner with the group.

Spill something on your favorite shirt or run out of clothes during your stay? We have a washer and dryer on the property to get you clean in no time.

We also welcome your little pooch! For the first 2 pets, there's a fee of $150. For every additional pet after, there's a $50 charge.

In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***

We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.

Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.

No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.

For your safety, we have security cameras in the front and backyard.
