Our stylish and spacious home, nestled in the Desert Hot Springs neighborhood, is the perfect group getaway. Take a short trip to downtown Palm Springs or enjoy our outdoor furniture and pool in our private backyard. This home boasts a pool table, arcade machine, large Connect 4, basketball hoops, multiple TVs with Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Youtube TV (cable), and tons of more entertainment!

** Pool Heating **
Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a fee of $100/night and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay.

This is a dreamlike location with incredible decor and atmosphere, the perfect backdrop for your trip. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making coffee in the morning, to pouring a glass of wine to end your day, to looking out at the breathtaking sunsets from the backyard.

The property comes with a swimming pool, game room, dedicated workspace, BBQ grill and patio furniture to maximize your fun all year round. Our rooms also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Youtube TV and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.

Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.

We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.

Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.

No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.

We have security cameras in the front and backyard.

Issue during stay was left unresloved...

Property expectations were not met based on how it presented online versus in person. Our main issue was we paid the additional cost for heating of the pool and hot tub and when we arrived both were freezing cold. The host communicated back saying ‘I got you’ & then we never heard from them again, even with text & call attempts. The pool eventual got warmed but the hot tub never did. None of the electric games in the game room worked. Switches didn’t turn on lights/fans (all manual or with a remote), the tv was in some kind of demo mode with frequent pop ups. The primary suite shower took a long time to get just warm. Slider door to the yard were difficult to open. The pool wasn’t as clean as we would have expected. The fridge water wasn’t hooked up. The pictures showed snacks and bottled water (maybe just staging) but would have been a nice touch. Anyway, just a bunch of maintenance type things that were disappointing. Apparently a premier host but overall communication was poor & has been poor. We have yet to have any resolve 2 weeks later. They did a great job with staging the property, photographing it and with the write up but was a bit of a let down based on what we got for the value we paid. We wanted to love it. Hopefully they review the feedback we provided them over the phone to improve it & deliver on heating when you prepay extra for it!

** Pool Heating **
Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The price is $100/night. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay.

**Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. Thus, if you would like the spa heated, please note that the pool may cool down quickly due to the cold temperatures in the desert.
