Wonderful holiday home for a group vacation at a perfect location

We have enjoyed a lot our vacation at Eva's house. The house is well kept and equipped and the sanitaria's were all renovated recently. The sauna is excellent and so is the table tennis. The only disadvantage is the stairs to the house (about 20) and it was tricky to find at first.

Perfect for a family get-together

We had the perfect stay here in July 2023 with 9 people across three generations. The house is spacious, well equipped, has lovely views and is close to local amenities and everything the Allgäu has to offer. It’s walking distance to the lake for swimming on hot days, the town has a baker and a village shop which stocks basics and local specialties, and there is easy access to the A7 and D19 for excursions. The host was communicative and very helpful. A five star review for a five star stay!

Winter Wonderland

I have just returned from a short stay in Bavaria and this property made it for us. It is very spacious set on 5 levels and built into a hillside. There is an attached garage leading to a basement drying/relaxation room with a wet room shower area and sauna! fantastic! on the living floor, there is a small but equipped galley style kitchen and open plan dining area and lounge with a log burner built in. the dining table seated all 11 of us with plenty of room and the owner Katherina had laid on high chairs and a cot, exactly as we had asked- very reliable and friendly on the phone! It was minus 10 outside in 2 feet of snow but the house was warm and very comfortable. The village is not based around tourism and is a small, quiet Bavarian village with only a bakers and a general store for supplies. Everyone we met was friendly and many spoke English for us. In the eveings the village is lit by old fashioned lamps and makes for a lovely walk in the snow. Access to the property is up a short but quite steep drive- we had some problems in the heavy snow getting our vehicle to the garage. Staying here you can be in the Alps within the hour and is striking distance from Kempten and the castles at neuswchwanstein ( a must see if you're there summer or winter). All the fittings in the property were of a high standard, the bath and showers were very welcome after a day out in the snow. The kitchen is well equipped, albeit there was no microwave. Apparently there is a lake very near the property- we never saw it as it was frozen and underneath 2 feet of snow but would be lovely in summer months. I would thoroughly recommend this property and Bavaria as a whole as a holiday destination, especially in the snow- the scenary was spectacular. If you go sledging visit Bad Hindelang but make sure you go for the whole day!

Küche neu und voll umfänglich ausgestattet, Bäder& Duschen neu saniert, 4 WCs, großräumiger Innen- und Aussenbereich mit bequem Platz für 8-10 Personen. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzten- perfekte Unterkunft. Wir suchen nach keiner anderen Unterkunft, wenn wir wieder in dieser Gegend uns treffen wollen.

Alles Top. Wir (drei Familien) haben ein tolles verlängertes Wochenende dort verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und es ist mehr als ausreichend Platz für 12 Personen vorhanden.Kleiner Tipp: Im Inserat hat man nicht erkennen können das Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra kosten, wenn man das nicht selbst mitbringen möchte. Vermieterin war aber am Telefon sehr nett und hat das gut erklärt.Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert für einen Allgäu Aufenthalt.

Das Haus liegt großartig auf einem überschaubaren Abhang in großartiger Umgebung. Zimmer, Aufenthaltsbereich, Küche sind sauber und gut ausgestattet.Für Gruppen ist das Haus prima! Nicht empfehlenswert ist es wegen der Zugangstreppen für für Gehbehinderte.Wanderwege, Badesee, Voralpen sind schnell erreichbar. Dorfladen, Bäcker, zwei Gastwirtschaften machen Selbstversorgung unproblematisch.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus im Allgäu

Wir waren eine grössere Gruppe von Freunden und unser Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt; Kommunikation der Gastgeberin, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Lage, Service, Ruhe, die wunderschöne Umgebung. Wirklich eine grossartige Erfahrung, es gibt absolut nichts zu kritisieren. Auch der Preis war sehr angemessen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich absolut spitze. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Sonnenterrasse ist viel größer als auf dem Foto sichtbar. Wir konnten die Sonnentage damit in vollen Zügen genießen. Ess- und Wohnzimmer sind sehr gemütlich. Und das Untergeschoss mit Sauna, sowie Tischtenissplatte perfekt für abendlichen Spass und Erholung.

Urlaub mit Kindern und Enkeln

Wir haben einen 5-tägigen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie (10 Personen zwischen 5 und 75) im Haus Eva verbracht. Das Haus war ganz ideal, schön gelegen, stilvoll, perfekt ausgestattet. Wir verbrachten Zeit am nahe gelegenen See und machten tolle Ausflüge in der Umgebung und natürlich in die Berge. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen!

Tolle Lage und hochwertige Ausstattung

Wir waren ein langes Wochenende mit 2 Familien in dem Haus. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist prima, Bäcker im Ort und das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Klasse Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern im Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist von der Lage her super, ebenso von der Ausstattung. Es gab definitiv nichts was zu bemängeln wäre.Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und die Vermieterin, die ich selbst nicht persönlich kennen gelernt habe - schade - ist ebenfalls super nett - auch wenn wir nur telefonischen Kontakt hatten. Wunderschönes und großzügiges Haus in super lage

Wir waren zu 11 hier (inkl. 3 Kleinkinder) und alles war bestens. Super schönes Haus, genug Platz für alle. Es ist ein Holzkohlegrill vorhanden den wir auch gerne genutzt haben. Außerdem ist der Badesee wirklich nur ca. 20 min zu Fuß weg und sehr zu empfehlen. Gleiches gilt für den Dorfladen direkt um die Ecke. Natürlich ein wenig teurer als ein Standard-Supermarkt, aber ein ganz toller Laden.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus, vor allem für kleine Gruppen oder 2-3 Familien. Toll ausgestattet, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, und sehr ruhig. Und das ganze noch in einer tollen Umgebung, in der einem nicht so schnell langweilig wird. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist gemütlich, geräumig, sauber, extrem toll ausgestattet und schön renoviert. Die Küche und die Bäder sind besonders hervorzuheben. Man kann wunderbar mit 10 Personen Zeit verbringen und z. B. spielen.
