Overall good stay

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The space was great. The provided items were mostly adequate. Could use more towels. The cleaner did not do a great job, but we brought this up with the owner/manager and hopefully it will be better in the future. The location was perfect for us as our family was 6 minutes down the road. Overall, we recommend this place.

Terrible rental!

Place hadn't been lived in. Broken window, broken closet door, no basic soap, no basic condiments, no hand towels or wash cloths! The worst I have ever experienced on VRBO!Owner misrepresented the place. We left.

Poor

The house could use a deep cleaning!! It had a bad smell( a dog I think) specifically in the back bedroom. I brought some Febreeze and sprayed it every time I went into the room, still didn’t help.

Possible Scam

We showed up to the property and still had not received our entrance code. I called the owner several times and received no response. E-mailed him and received no response. So there I was in the middle of nowhere with an angry wife and an energetic 3 year-old. Owner, to this day, has not responded. Thankfully, VRBO was able to hook me up with a last-minute hotel and eventually, another property to stay at. If you're looking for an unreliable owner, to maybe get stuck out in the middle of nowhere and a possible scam artist, this is the place for you. Will never forget this near-disastrous experience. Thank God for VRBO's great customer support.
