Absolutely stunning! Not very often do you find a place that exceeds all expectations. Phil and Christina were absolutely the best hosts. The place was clean and well put together. If I could give more stars then I would. We would definitely book here again.

Our family has stayed at Casa Lana, several times and we consider it our home away from home in Escondido! Casa Lana is beautiful. They thought of everything, including fresh eggs from their chickens! Every time we stay it's TurnKey... Nothing to worry about. Clean, friendly, stacked and packed with everything you need for a stress-free getaway and communication is always spot on ! We look forward to another visit soon!

What a wonderful property! It was in the country, quiet, and so peaceful, with all kinds of birds singing and abundant foliage. The hosts were so kind and accommodating--even letting us use their washer and dryer. We enjoyed just sitting outside and relaxing, petting the friendly cat (who loves Churu and Temptations). Everything was so comfortable, especially the large bathtub. Anything you might need was provided--from a Keurig to a fridge/freezer--even condiments. I would much rather stay here than in a hotel! What a blessing this Vrbo is in Escondido and I would highly, highly recommend staying here when you visit San Diego.

This was a wonderful place to stay—just the right size for what we needed. The location is peaceful and quiet, and the home had everything we could ask for while being out of town. The host was very responsive and communicative, always quick to answer any questions. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and will definitely make this our first choice if we’re in the area again.

Great cottage!

Such a cute place to stay! Was perfect after days of helping relatives move. So quiet and comfortable. Super clean and amenities were great. Communication, checkin, neighborhood was wonderful as well.
