Fortunately, situations like the one you described are extremely uncommon, and we have hosted many guests who have enjoyed peaceful, relaxing stays at this property. The posted property line signs are simply there to clearly identify private property boundaries and help guests avoid unintentionally entering neighboring land, which is common for rural riverfront properties. Our home is located in the Texas Hill Country, where wildlife, livestock, and rural sounds—including roosters—are part of the country experience. We strive to accurately represent the property in our listing and continuously work to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped retreat for our guests.
