Great house with a great view of the mountains. My 2nd time starting therefor the month of Coachella. Owners are easy to communicate with. Will definitely try and stay there again next April

A Wonderful Stay!

The Home is Beautiful, well Appointed, Spacious and Comfortable. We've been vacationing in Palm Springs for over 20 years, and this is probably the nicest Home we've stayed in. We love the location. Close to Downtown, Close to friends out in the Burbs. Our Hosts were helpful and prompt with a response to any of our questions. We'll definitely be back! Thank you Tyler and Brittani!!

Excellent "home base" for an extended stay

This is a very well equipped and furnished new home in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for a month so had the opportunity (and really needed!) to live in it; taking full advantage of the high-end appliances, the kitchen, and outdoor grill. Everything we needed to live, as if we were home, was there. The house is very well laid out with good sized bedroom/bathroom suites. It's light and open but with plenty of privacy available in the bedrooms. It's also a newer home, very well maintained and in immaculate condition. It's conveniently located to shopping, good restaurants, and services.

Why they chose this property

This is a brand new construction home that we put our heart and soul into. This home is a part of a small 27-unit community that is very private and quiet. The single-level floor plan is stretched out over 2400+ SF with soaring ceilings and tasteful finishes. You also have a 12,000+ SF lot with plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful backyard area. It is only 5 minutes from the casino and about 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs.
