About this property

Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful home in the Poconos. Sit on the front porch with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening looking at the beautiful lake. Enjoy the 2nd lakeview from the upper rear covered balcony. Only a block to the beach which includes a playground. Have fun in our spacious game room which includes a pool table, ping pong table & PacMan arcade.

***Arrowhead Lake fees are mandatory***

A temporary membership fee is a mandatory fee that is accessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over.

$6 per person per day.
Gate Card Fee = $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee = $35

We will collect guest information from you and submit this information to the community. We will then submit a payment request from you for the registration amount.

-Upon arrival, you will have to go to the main gate/welcome center to obtain your gate cards and wristbands. They are open 24/7

Fun weekend getaway

Beautiful house! We loved the view of the lake. We stayed with friends and family and had a great long weekend. I had to call the property manager for an issue with check-in (the association couldn’t find our reservation) and he answered immediately and called the community to make sure we were good to go! Super helpful. Overall we would rent this property again!

Perfect in every way!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It’s a gorgeous home with an awesome lower level for older kids/teens, beautiful view across the street from the lake and the community offers plenty to do. The house is well equipped with what you need & the communication during our stay was wonderful. Thank you for a great family getaway!

Fantastic House!!

All wood. Lots of space. Well stocked. Communication with manager and owner was very easy and small small things very taken care of right away. Hotel-like experience. The whole family enjoyed it! Thank you Kevin!

Beautiful property

This place is beautiful it is more them we expected It was easy to checkin and out The home owners really set it up so that you do not to have to bring anything that you would need They have it all!! My family and I had a great holiday here and the kids loved it! I would recommend it hands down! Only thing i would say is a con were the last minute community fees that we had to pay and was told to me days before checkin and that was not on the website i thought that this should have been described in the fees when deciding to book not after. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you kevin for allowing us to rent your vacation home!
