The host had answers when I called ahead of our trip. The house was warm and had lights on when we arrived. Had all the supplies we needed. The granddaughters enjoyed hiking in all the surrounding land.
Our stay at this Stowe home was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly appointed — every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The location is peaceful yet close to town, offering the best of both worlds. The views from the back porch overlooking the pond were simply breathtaking, especially at sunset — truly a postcard scene come to life. With all the amenities one could wish for, this home made our time in Stowe unforgettable.
This was our 5th year taking our boys and their friends skiing and our second time to Stowe. Out of all of the trips, this was by far the best house we've rented. It had everything we needed, the hot tub is huge and fit all the boys comfortably, the ping pong table was a hit, and almost everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. They even cleaned the snow off of the pond and went skating after skiing. Prime location with quick access to bars, restaurants and Stowe itself. The management company was awesome helping us with a tiny issue and check in was a breeze. Can't say enough - you won't regret renting this house during any time of year. Thank you to the staff at Stowe Homes for a fantastic trip!
We had 12 friends and family stay the weekend for the recent solar eclipse. This property was the perfect spot for viewing and we had a great time! Everything was clean, the location was private and the yard with the pond was awesome. All bathrooms were well stocked and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of plates and glassware for everyone, as well as seating and entertainment. While the location itself was very private, it was a 5 minute drive to main st. and many restaurants and shops in the area. We did get a surprise visitor, the neighbor's dog, Jacko, who was warmly welcomed by our group!
