About this property

Property is located on an oversized lot with front yard heated pool and incredible mountain view. Stunning private back yard with new landscaping and patio to enjoy the outdoor living we are known for. Property is located only a couple of blocks from the top of the cove where there are many trails for the hiker or biker to take advantage of. Only minutes to Old Town La Quinta for shopping/restaurants. Scenic mountain views, hiking, biking, and close to world class golf. To heat the pool there is an additional fee.

Great view

Very expensive price tag for this home. Nicely remodeled, but the beds were very uncomfortable , Pebbles in the shower hurt your feet, old windows that were missing screens and only a few would open . Pool was to cold to use . We were pleased with property manager and her son Travis
