It is in a Vibrant part of the Salt Lake/Sugarhouse area and located right across the street form a grocery store and shopping. Many restaurants and additional shopping and entertainment nearby.

Stayed while our house was being painted.

Good basic 1B/1B unit for reasonable price in this area. Clean and comfortable. Close to university, downtown, freeway and ski areas. Only negative is that the windows face a blank wall( ie no view )

We vacated you property 3 days ago. There is no reason to put threats like that in your email. Apartment is cleaned and as it was. You have rented me an apartment . With non functioning dishwasher, we had to call the maintenance and they did not fixed it - for 3 weeks we had to wash dishes buy hand, not working light at the kitchen - we had to call maintenance twice, horrible looking from entrance dore- needs paint, and furniture that looked like you picked it up at the dumpster. I would never rent nor recommend the company you rented it is throw. Respectfully - your unhappy tenant. and more thought of the day. you rented an apartment that face the dad wall and under our window constantly have being people smoking pot . perfect hiding space I guess. I do not think marijuana is legal in Utah. to sum it all up - I am in consultations right now to ask VRBO for the full refund and notifying the housing management about illogical activities on your property. I also remember the face of individual smoking under my window and window picking inside my apartment I do have photographic memories. It did not make me feel safe nor exited - sorry to say.
