Great place to stay in the Lower Avenues

This location could not have been better for our recent stay in SLC. It's a quick drive to the University and an easy walk to the heart of downtown. The apartment was clean, the neighborhood quiet, and the host responsive to any questions.

Location was great. Amenities, food, store were near by. Very clean and quite, heat/air was a bit loud, but we turned it down at night and it wasent a issue.

The place is small but cute. It was perfect for just me. I would have enjoyed a tv in the bedroom but since it was just me it was not a big deal. If there is more than one or a couple, you should know the 2nd bed is only accessible through the master bedroom. Not at all a big deal to me

1st Ave first stay.

The apartment was very clean. While fairly comfortable it’s not equipped for multi- day stays. No dressers in the bedroom, no drink glasses, coasters or ice trays. Laundromat across the street if needed. Three towels no facecloths. These were just inconveniences not deal breakers. The furnace in the bedroom closet is pretty loud and would annoy light sleepers. Great neighborhood to access coffee shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.

Good things. In a very convenient location. Air conditioning worked great. Had all the necessary utilities for cooking. Easy check in. Bad things. Parking was a nightmare. Had to drive around the block to find a parking spot. The fact this is considered a Two Bedroom rental by VRBO is disappointing. The second bedrooom is only accessible through the main bedroom and is obviously an old office or closet that they put a small bed in . The doors for the " second bedroom" are glass so there is absolutely no privacy between the two bedrooms. The blower for a/c and heater is located in the main bedroom so that makes for a fun night of sleep. Also just a suggestion, Tvs are quite cheap nowadays, Why not put one in the bedroom? Sometimes adults enjoy watching something different on TV than the kids so i think it would be smart to make that an option. I think it would be great for a family of 4 but if there are friends there it just doesn't offer enough privacy as far as sleeping goes.
