COZY GUEST HOUSE ON HISTORIC CAPITOL HILL

You'll be just blocks away from everything this city has to offer. Walking distance to just about everything downtown including the Utah State Capitol, Temple Square, City Creek Mall and City Creek Canyon.
If you are visiting Salt Lake City for a convention, skiing, or anything else this amazing city has to offer, this is the perfect location. Easy access to shopping, restaurants. bars, and skiing. Most within walking distance of your front door.

You will be just 20-30 minutes from Park City and several major ski resorts.
Inside you'll find tasteful furnishings throughout as well as fresh clean towels and sheets.
Outside you will find your own private patio overlooking the pool. Off street parking is available and a hot tub is on the property.
This is not meant to be a party house. If you are looking to party, please keep looking. This is our guest home attached to our main residence, please be respectful of our property and our neighbors.
FYI the pool is generally opened up for the season around Mother's Day and closed for the winter around the end of September depending on weather. The pool is winterized and closed for the entire winter.

This beautiful home was absolute serenity and class. The furnishings and the bed is very comfortable. We had all the supplies we needed for a full stay.The owner was vert responsive and so friendly, it felt like home.We fell in love with the dogs Ellie and Kinsey, who would bark then run over for petting.We actually had a space in the garage which was so appreciated.We were welcome to sit out by the pool and their massive deck, that was special.The VRBO is 1/2block from the capital building. Downtown SLC was very convenient from stay.We will definitely here on our next visit.Thank you guys, you made our stay exceptional!

Great Neighborhood!

Very nice property with a private oasis out back with a huge pool! The 2 bedrooms were a decent size and the bed was comfy. Across the street from the capitol which has a lovely park surrounding it. Also found a cool trail right next door! This will be my first choice for my next visit to SLC!

Lovely Stay

Capital Hill Oasis

Wonderful vacation rental!

Beautiful Spanish style home and guest house. Plenty of room in the bedrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. The hot tub was lovely. The dogs were very cute. We came to visit family and ski, and the location worked well for both. Great area for walking, great neighborhood and very quiet at night. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect city break location

We enjoyed 4 fantastic nights located on the hill just above Salt Lake City. Perfect location, able to explore the city on foot with easy access to everything. The house was beautifully appointed with plenty of room and a gorgeous pool to relax in. The owners were on hand at all times via the app, to ensure we had everything we needed. Incredible neighborhood

Lovely guesthouse on a property just steps away from the capitol building. The hosts were the best ever, so concerned about us and our comfort. Wonderful cozy apartment with delightful decor. Can’t wait to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the beautiful pool.

Perfect for Exploring SLC!

We stayed here between ski trips in the SLC area. It was the perfect size for our group of three to spread out and work remotely without feeling cramped but still very cozy. It was also so close to the Capitol which provided a great outdoor amenity for walks when we needed a break. Close to a lot of restaurants and hosts were very friendly and attentive. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful house in a great location!

My daughters and I had an amazing time staying in the guest house. The owner was very responsive and helpful. This charming house is in a great location close to everything. You could see the Capitol from the front yard and it was very beautiful lit up at night. Kensey and Ellie were adorable. Would definitely recommend staying in this charming guest house.

Mountain Vacation

This vacation rental was perfect! Beautiful pool area & patio! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The washer & dryer came in so handy. The location and the atmosphere were great! So much to do in this area & whether you're enjoying the city or hiking in the mountains you can come back for a nice swim before heading to a fabulous SLC dinner!! We highly recommend!!

This home really was beautiful; would be even nicer in the summer. It was very clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. My only negative would be that the walkways should be shoveled and de-iced; around the pool was very slippery and even though I was careful, I did fall once.

AMAZING!!

My family and I were blown away with how beautiful and week appointed the house was. It's really more than just an apartment, as the pool/outdoor area feel more like a compound all to ourselves. Very clean, comfortable, convenient to all the sites, and the kids loved relaxing in the pool on the hot summer days. I wish we could have stayed longer - Kyle, thanks so much, your were wonderful!

This property was perfect. It is clean, offers all the accommodations, you need and is located within walking distance of many landmarks. I would enthusiastically recommend this to anyone. Incredible location

Everything was close nearby! Within a few blocks, we could walk to Temple Square, the State Capitol, DUP museum, Visitor Center and the beautiful walking area at Memory Grove. The house is very nice and was plenty big for my husband and me. We found it had all we needed. You can believe the posted reviews. Rick and Kyle responded when we had questions which is much appreciated. We were very happy for our week. I would definitely return.

Paradise in Salt Lake City

As young professionals visiting Salt Lake City for the first time, this was the perfect spot. The guesthouse was beautifully designed and became a nice oasis after a long day of seeing the many sites the city has to offer. The space was private, quiet, clean and spacious with comfortable beds, plenty of towels and everything one would need! This house is in close proximity to downtown, which we very much appreciated. Nothing can beat the view of the Capital building as your walking back from an amazing dinner. Kyle was a great host. He was kind and friendly. He answered our questions and even offered great suggestions for restaurants! We fell in love with a Salt Lake and will definitely be back.

Great outside stay in summer

The owners of this property are so nice and responsive to questions/issues. The decorations are cute and comfortable. It would be a 5 if we had stayed in the summer to enjoy the outside spaces and it had parking for our SUV. We stayed on a very busy week when the cherry blossoms were out and there was an LDS convention. The home's proximity to the Capitol Building and the LDS facilities made parking quite difficult. I would recommend this property for a couple or two close friends, have a small car that will fit in their small garage and wish to spend a nice stay quietly enjoying time in their lovely backyard and walking to the Capitol or downtown.. They have two friendly little schnauzers and that was a bonus!

The property was OK, the main living space was clean, but the bedrooms pillow shams and comforters were not so clean, specifically the pillow shams to the bedroom we slept in. They were pretty smelly (BO) all bed coverings should be washed per guests stay, entire bed cleanliness is a must to make it a truly comfortable stay, the bed sheets and pillow cases and blanket were clean but had old stains; the laundry closet should have doors being that it is in the bedroom. The doors inside should be re-stained. I was disappointed with these things because the property was rated high for cleanliness and that’s why I selected it.
