Other Things to Note: Most of the road going up to the lodge is a dirt road and AWD is recommended and 4WD is required from November-May.
Water for the lodge DOES NOT come in unlimited supply. It is stored in an underground tank and is brought in from down the mountain. It is clean and safe to drink, cook, shower, and whatever else you do with water. However, we must ask that you are mindful of water preservation. Do not leave faucets or shower running if not in use, run full loads in the dishwasher and laundry washer, and limit hand washing dishes when possible. When using water, don't be alarmed, but you will hear our pump kicking on and off as it keeps the water pressure constant. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Very clean and comfortable. Directions were clear and welcoming and the hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with. A wonderful setting to relax and enjoy scenery.
My family and I stayed here while visiting my Brother for Easter! This place is exactly as the picture show! It’s cute, quiet and comfortable! The communication between the host and I was fantastic! They checked in multiple times through out our stay to ensure we were okay and didn’t need anything! I will absolutely stay again! Thank you!
Some friends and I wanted to take advantage of the holiday with a staycation and came down from Denver to stay here for two days. We had such a good time, the place is clean and large enough to sleep all four of us with our own spaces. Owners are responsive and friendly.
I loved using the bird feeder and seeing all the mountain birds, turkeys and deer come by for a treat. The dogs loved it, too.
Highly recommend.
