Park your car in the underground garage and forget about it, because this luxurious four bedroom residence is located in the Iron Horse South building in the heart of the Village at Northstar. In the morning, simply grab your gear and be the first to hit the mountain. Whatever your adventure, you are close enough to take a quick break in your residence or warm up by your own fireplace. Then, enjoy an après-ski drink in the Village or on your private balcony where you can take in views of the Village, skating rink, and mountain vistas. This beautiful, 4th floor Iron Horse South residence offers custom cabinetry with unique stained-glass, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gourmet kitchen and slate floors. 

Shared outdoor hot tubs and fitness center are located on the ground level of the Iron Horse South Lodge. Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door.

Overall great stay. Good location and unit is very nice. Only complaint is the mattress is the front bedroom is in desperate need of being replaced. Slops to the center and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Amazing stay

We loved everything about the room. It had everything we could have wanted and more. It was just beautiful, incredibly spacious, and we loved the location of our room at the resort. We could sit on the balcony and enjoy live music in the evenings. We would have loved to have more restaurants and stores open but the restaurants we went to were delicious. Would love to come back!

Great spot for family and friends

Stayed four nights with two families. Location was perfect. Short walk to the gondola, ski school, hot tub, etc. Truckee and Lake Tahoe a very short drive if you want to get out of the resort. COVID issues lingered. Restaurants shut down, steam room closed, etc but that’s not unique to Northstar.

Excellent condo!

We loved our stay but cut too short due to the big storm. Everything in the condo was great. My only recommendation would be to put a key pad on the ski locker. We had 6 adults skiing at different times and different runs. It was a bit to coordinate who had the key last.

Great location, beautiful property. We were disappointed to find no working oven when we arrived with all our groceries but the management company worked with us on a solution. We never got a working oven but still managed to have a wonderful trip. We appreciated the efforts of the management company to try and replace the oven while we were there.
