8 people up and 8 people down. Sleeps 16 - 8 queen size beds in a Lake setting like NO OTHER. Perfect for your Bachelor and Bachelorette parties!

Driving is optional when staying at this beautiful house. Located almost arms reach from Backwater Jacks, the most popular restaurant here at the lake. With an adult pool, tiki/sushi bar, a full restaurant, and boat rentals, there is hardly reason to leave the premises. You will find live bands all throughout the summer, which you can walk over to enjoy or listen from your balcony.

This spacious house is made up of 2 levels and is right one the water!
The house can be rented three ways; the entire house, the lower level only, or the upper level only. Prices reflect entire house. To rent just one level please inquire for pricing.

This house has a 2-tier, waterfront balcony that wraps around the side of the house making it easy to access from the front.

There is a sidewalk along the water that leads from the house straight to Backwater Jacks, approximately 100 ft.
Located on the 17.5 mile marker, just minutes from delicious coastal cuisine, shopping, great live entertainment, and the Lake’s best rum runners & pain frozens, you won’t want to leave! The Backwater Bay Houses, once you stay, you’ll know you just have to come back!

To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, bath towels, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent).

It doesn’t get any closer to Backwater Jacks than this house! Exactly what we needed for 16 guys on a golf trip! We will be back next year!

Dirty and broken
The location of this house is PERFECT. The owners are so incredibly nice and easy to talk to. They were quick to reply and what I am about to say I don’t blame on them but the cleaning crew they chose. We rented the whole house for a Fourth of July weekend trip between friends. We came into the house and there was cute little notes from the cleaning crew wishing us a happy stay but when we saw the rest of the house… The first floor had spiders, spider webs, and dust all over the walls. The kitchen counter tops had ants crawling on them and the basement couches and walls had more spiders than I can count crawling around. The bed sheets had hairs all over them. Two of the four showers (master baths) we were unable to use. One had no hot water and the other was broken. The sinks had no mesh so water would spray EVERYWHERE when the sink was turned on. The porch was filthy as well. Bugs and dirt all over the walls. The outside lantern on the upper porch has a wasp nest inside which made it difficult for sitting and the porch below has no lights so don’t think you’ll be down there after sunset. As for the dock, don’t think you’ll be using it to jump off and swim. There is no ladder or steps for you to get out and pulling yourself up is not really an option as it’s too high to reach from the water. This house has so much potential and the location is absolutely perfect as it’s literally a 30 second walk from backwater jacks but it’s so difficult to enjoy when you feel nasty.
