Beachfront bliss

We had a wonderful stay at Hastings. The beach access is the best we have ever had in this area and we loved the condo. Interior was comfy and well done.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach home. It was clean but not as clean as we have been accustomed to at similar homes in the area.The kitchen table had scribbling on it and paint missing all over the top and the couch was covered in various colored stains. The bathroom tile had some discoloration in shower on grout lines. Other than those minor details it was very clean. All wood vinyl floors and white bedding and updated kitchen. The view was amazing and location was perfect and right on the beach. We would stay here again.

In town for the 30A songwriting festival. We had a little trouble with one restroom, but the host sent someone over very quickly and took care of the problem. The unit was very clean, and the views were fantastic.

Very clean and well appointed. Some of the kitchenware and appliances like blender are pretty old and beer up. The queen mattress was pretty lumpy with a too-small mattress pad on top that slid everywhere but it was not horrible. Otherwise it was just as expected. The view is spectacular and the private beach is awesome every though it takes some work to keep the public access next door from creeping into the area. The unit itself was great for our needs.

perfect vacation spot

right on the beach. perfect for a family looking for quietness from the crowds on the beach. The townhome is in excellent condition. We enjoyed ourselves very much for three days. Highly recommend.

The view, as soon as we opened the door, was stunning. The place was clean, stylish, up to date, and thoughtfully appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Ideally located. You walk out right onto the beach in seconds. Just fabulous. We visited Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Destin. And we really enjoyed the stretch of beach We were on. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets. Great views from both floors. Corner unit even more of a view.
