Welcome To "Sandy Beach"!! This large 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has the BEST of both worlds!! Nestled on West Beach Gulf Shores, away from the hustle and bustle, but only 8 minutes or 4 miles from the center of Gulf Shores. "Sandy Beach" sits directly on Little Lagoon, with a private pier for fishing and mooring your boat, huge, sanded lot for the kids to play, a fire pit with enough chairs for the family, outdoor furniture underneath the home and on every balcony for relaxing and soaking up the salty air, and views of the Gulf of Mexico, you cannot ask for more!! The upper level hosts the Primary Bedroom which includes a King Side Bed, a Twin Daybed with a Twin Trundle, a desk with chair, smart TV, private Balcony, a private Full Bathroom with double sinks. Also on level 2 is Guest Bedroom #1 containing a Queen Size bed, and a shared Full Bathroom. On the Main level you will find the Living Area, Dining Area, fully equipped Kitchen, Guest Bedroom #2 providing a Queen Bed with smart TV, Guest Bedroom #3 boasting 2 Twin over Full Size Bunk Beds with a Smart TV, and a shared Full Bathroom. Take your meals outside on the covered porch or under the home and watch the dolphins come to play in the Lagoon or see if you can spot a manatee!! Did someone say S'mores for dessert? Relax around the fire pit and roast some marshmallows with the kiddos! Fishing anyone? Lots of fish and blue crab are just off the pier for you catch!! Ready to hit the waves? Just a few blocks away there are many public beach accesses for a beautiful day on the beach! "Sandy Beach" can surely accommodate your large family, up to 14 persons, and has plenty of parking space provided. Weddings and Events are allowed here with proper licensing.
**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. More info on this is included after booking.

Family Christmas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The House is in need of drastic Maintenance by owner,when we arrived their was no hvac working,fire alarm was beeping,and we were met with very filthy entrance door (we had to go to town to get cleaning supplies to feel safe ,grease and grime all over door)carpet is nasty with stains. we didnt complain tryed to make the best of our family vacation . The rental office " Celebrity " very nice was and took time out of their Holiday season to make us happy. If I was the rental agency I would drop this home until owner spent money on it.

Lovely setting on the Lagoon

Our family has enjoyed this property for several years. In years past, we were allowed access to the beach across the street, but that access is no longer available, so we missed our easy walks to the beach. We used public access instead, but that requires a drive. The children like to play in the shallow, sandy lagoon and enjoy fishing from the dock. The kitchen is stocked, but we always pack our favorite skillets, knives, peelers extra dish cloths and towels, etc and bring a big pitcher for iced tea or lemonade. The management was very responsive when we had any questions.

Fishing trip

Took the guy's dea sea fishing. The dock was a plus. We stayed at the property in 2017. The property was sold and the they did some upgrades that helped the property be more enjoyable.
