Cute 2 bedroom shotgun home in Germantown/Schnitzleburg. Very clean.
Centrally located, only 3 miles from Churchill Downs and the Louisville airport, 2.5 miles from downtown Louisville, and less than 2 miles to the Highlands. Coffee shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance! dog friendly with a fenced-in backyard.
Neighborhood overview - Walking distance to Goss Avenue and other neighborhood locations where you will find several restaurants and bars. Favorite restaurants; Check's Cafe, Monnik beer company North of Bourbon.
Getting around- Uber or taxi is usually around $10 to get to downtown, Churchill Downs, or the airport.
