Welcome to our fully remodeled and uniquely designed property, situated in the heart of Tempe. Our Tiki Bar Patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind, complete with a built-in grill and pool. Enjoy breathtaking views of Arizona's stunning sunsets from the comfort of our patio furniture, which is spread throughout the closed-off backyard, along with a ping pong table and other games. The waterfall and solar torches create a peaceful atmosphere that will make your stay unforgettable.

Guests can park up to 6 cars, with access to a 2-car private garage. The interior boasts a fantastic open-concept kitchen and dining area, fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, oven, and more. The large living room is perfect for entertainment, with a huge sectional couch, cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming platforms.

Our property sleeps 12 comfortably, with all queen-sized beds and extra linens, pillows, and throw blankets provided. The 3 spacious closets have luggage racks and hangers, and all 3 bathrooms feature walk-in showers and extra towels. Extra guests are welcome for an additional charge.

For guests who need to work from home, we have a designated office space with a monitor. The new washer and dryer are free to use, with an iron and ironing board provided. Cleaning supplies are available in our supply closet, along with extra fans just in case.

We allow one pet per stay, with a $75 pet fee. Come and experience our beautiful property, and let us make your stay a memorable one.

Baseball Tournament

Two families shared this house for a baseball tournament that our teenage boys were in. Great layout allowed for the boys to congregate in the large bedroom and play video games while the adults enjoyed the heavenly couch in the living room. Too cold to use the pool, but the outside area is gorgeous. The tiki bar is awesome! Communication with the host was great as well. Hoping we have another AZ tournament so we can stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Worth it

I never leave reviews but I definitely had to for this property, overall it is worth booking for many reasons apart from it being a really nice house and backyard
