Not Bad, But Not Great
Overall, our stay was good with no major issues, but some small improvements would have made our experience better. Firstly, we did not receive a check-in email so when we got to the house we had no way of getting into the home. After driving 6 hours with our two year old, this was extremely disappointing. On top of that, the cell service was ZERO so we had to hop back in the car and drive somewhere in order to get a hold of anyone to send us the door code. The cell service is not their fault, but just something to be very aware of if you have verizon. The original phone number that texted me about our stay did not answer my calls/texts. I had to google UNE Homes and finally got a hold of someone who then emailed me the instructions to get in the home and stated it was a 'system error' - however, this same thing happened when we went to check out. I had to ping them to send me check-out instructions. Aside from a frantic check-in experience, the location to Disney is awesome. It should be noted that the home was near spotless but there were ants in some spots and some hair left on the bathroom floors. Some small things I noticed that should be improved for future stays: we replaced a smoke detector battery with our own money because it wouldn't stop chirping, one tub was leaking, some showers didn't drain properly, the fridge filter needs replaced, the bottom oven doesn't heat properly, no salt/pepper shakers, pizza cutter/pan.
