Upstay presents this luxurious 10-bedroom retreat, nestled within the prestigious Sonoma Resort. This exquisite property boasts a private pool, hot tub, games, and BBQ area, perfect for large families or group vacations. There's enough room for 27 people, and you'll love the open concept living spaces and enormous, fully equipped, chef's kitchen. Plus you'll be a mere 12 minutes from Disney World, and nearby golf courses, fantastic shopping, and some of Orlando's best restaurants.

The Space:
You'll love the back sundeck, complete with a sparkling private swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub. You can even dine poolside, with the outdoor dining area. Plus, you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill.

Moving inside, sink into the cozy seating of the living room, equipped with a smart TV and speedy internet for endless entertainment. Two indoor dining tables can accommodate up to 16 guests, with room for 4 more at the kitchen island bar. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including two full sized fridge/freezer combo units, and two dishwasher for easy cleanup.

On the ground level, there is are two separate queen bedrooms, and also a King bedroom. The remaining 7 bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom features its own smart TV, fresh linens, and most have their own ensuite bathroom. You'll also find an upstairs TV lounge, with a game table that can convert from a billiards table to a table tennis set up.

You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway. Additional parking is available at the clubhouse, but please note that overnight parking is not permitted there.

Please note that the pool light is currently out of order. Our team is working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible to ensure your continued enjoyment during your stay.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
