If you’re looking for incredible mountain views, look no further! Bella Montana is a 3 bedroom 3 bath home located in the upper moonridge area, providing you with classic mountain charm and modern amenities. This spacious cabin consists of three floors, giving you plenty of space to entertain.
Inside the living space on the main floor you’ll notice the large windows bringing in natural lighting and views of the surrounding mountains and pine trees. Sit back and relax on the leather sofa or armrest chair and watch your favorite movie or tv show on the flatscreen tv. The fireplace fills the room with warmth, providing the perfect spot to defrost in the winter. Step into the open concept kitchen where you’ll find all you need to prepare delicious meals for you and your guests. Wide countertops and a wooden kitchen cart provides plenty of meal prep space. A standard coffee pot can also be found in the kitchen for you to use. Seating for four can be found at the breakfast bar while additional seating for six can be found at the large wooden dining table.
Access to the main deck can be found through a pair of sliding glass doors in the dining room. Head outside for some fresh air and stunning tree line views. Take your morning cup of coffee outside and watch the sunrise at the patio table with seating for six. On the upstairs deck, another patio table can be found with seating for four.
Let the fun continue back inside in the game room where a foosball table and board games can be found. Futon couches provide comfortable seating while you wait for your turn or watch the big game on the mounted flatscreen tv. For additional sleeping space, these futons also pull out into a queen and full size bed.
Bella Montana offers plenty of sleeping space when you and your guests are ready to settle down for the night. Up a set of stairs you’ll find the loft area which provides two twin beds with a window for each, giving you views of the surrounding scenery. The first two bedrooms are also on this level, both providing queen size beds while the master suite can be found on the third floor.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
