This property was amazing! The gated backyard was perfect for our dogs to run around safely. It was nice to have access to a hot tub and fire pit too. Just a short drive to the trolley station that took us to Oktoberfest. Would highly recommend this cabin for your stay in Big Bear!
Nice home and plenty of space but the jacuzzi is a bust if you want to get in at night. There is no outdoor light. Also the main living room is small for large parties. No area for everyone to sit for more than 5 people at once. And the beds are not the best so if you have a bad back, forget about it. Otherwise home is nice to hang out in.

I paid for a cleaning fee for my stay, but clearly the person before me didn’t or no cleaning was done. The bathroom had mold and dust bunnies, the sheets had hair from the prior stay, and one of the pillows had bodily matter I pray was mucus, the alternative was worse. The kitchen supplies are heavily and aggressively used and poorly cleaned. The bottom of the range was missing and looked gross inside. The photos of the place make it look like a clean palace compared to the actual home. On the plus side, this company was responsive when we reached out about a malfunctioning grill and they are fast to return my deposit. If a cleaning fee was not charged, I’d give them more credit but given that it is, I expect that it would be cleaned before my arrival, not just after.

100% dissapointed, the place was not ready to be rented out.
Lack of cleanliness on the balcony, and backyard. there were spider webs everywhere. We found spiders on the beds, and black insects all over the inside of the cabin. Saturday's rain storm water sipped in to one of the bedrooms, making it unusable, mud and water under the bed. The Jacussy's area had streams of water and mud going through it. It's water was yelowish, and had debris and too much chemical (A person came to clean it, and added even more chemicals). My wife had to get out of it because she felt a burning sensation on her skin. Destination big bear has all the photos and video of what transpired this weekend, if you need annd this info, I will provide it.. At this point I am asking for full refund, the place was not ready to be rented out. it needs much work. The owner was not responding to any messages from Destination Big Bear, and I have no answer as of yet. I need to know what your procedure will be on the next step for my case. I am waiting for he owner to respond to Destination Big Bear on my refund request. thank you
The jacuzzi was very small (2 people max) and was dirty and cold when we arrived. Management sent someone promptly to clean. However, it took over 12 hours to heat up to 102. The back porch was covered in a thick layer of dirt, so it was hard get to jacuzzi and to not track dirt in. The house was ok. Good set of knives, dishware and pots and pans. Beds very firm memory foam. Stairs were very narrow and steep.
