About this property

This beautiful studio is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. 5 minutes from the famous 5th Avenue and the beach.
Ideal for couples and people who enjoy the Caribbean.
It has a Roof Garden with a Pool and ocean view.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a king size bed / living room, kitchen and bathroom. It has a swimming pool, and the most beautiful beaches in the Mexican Caribbean.

As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is made of glass. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.

This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home.

Restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beautiful Caribbean sea are all within walking distance!

You won't have any problems getting around on foot, or using the taxi system which is quite affordable. Your welcome package will outline additional instructions for you to get around.

● ***Across the street from this condo there is another building under construction. Some construction activities could be noisy, however all works will stop after 06:00 pm and during weekends***

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

1st Construction à côté l`emplacement du condo toute la journée 2 Karaoke à 1 coin de rue jusqu`à 3 am. très bruyant 3 Bureau à l`entrée : Personnel parle par pas Anglais ni Français très difficile la communication réfère toujours à l`administration qui est l`hôte. 4 Aucune documentation concernant la plaque chauffante ainsi que le coffre-fort qui sonnait pendant 1 minute continuellement, aucun instruction pour cela aussi.
