Spacious Basement Apartment w/ Private Entrance

Conveniently located to Idaho Falls Airport, INL, Downtown ( less than 5 mins) and gateway to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Come stay, play and relax in this clean, spacious basement apartment with its own private entrance. Family friendly with large windows and walk in closets in every bedroom, living room with plenty of space to gather, and a large gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, gas stove and 3 ovens!

The space

Enclosed entrance and stairs leading down to the private basement apartment. 1,500 sq ft living space with 9 ft ceilings and large windows in every bedroom. Custom finishing and upgraded kitchen features, and leather couches with a 65 in Smart TV.

Guest access

Street parking in front of the home will be available during the summer, and 2 parking spaces in the drive way will be provided during winter months. Guests will have access to the front yard and private sidewalk leading up to private entrance.

Other things to note

This is a basement rental. The upstairs is occupied. You may hear kids being kids, and parents being parents as those occupants get ready for school and work, and go about their daily routines. This is a NO smoking, vaping, or drugs rental. Due to allergies and upkeep we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

Loved everything about this stay!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location for our stay in Idaho Falls. It was seamless to check in and the owner communicated quickly and effectively. It felt open with the tall ceilings, gourmet kitchen with everything we needed to cook, and was exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable and it made the perfect basecamp for our vacation.

Just perfect

We just needed a one night stay to drop off our daughters to college then head right back home. Next time we’re in Idaho we’ll stay longer. The property was beautiful and VERY spacious!

Nice place close to airport

We stayed here on the last night of a 10 day road trip vacation, before we flew out in the morning. Very clean and very nice place. 10 Min from airport. Thought the cleaning fee was excessive, but I don't know how much the owner had to do with that. Would definitely recommend this property.

Exactly what we needed

Kitchen is well stocked. Nice cookware. Beds were very comfortable. Sheets were soft. Huge space. There is nice overhead lighting but would have liked some lamps for way to gear down for bed. Very happy with our stay and would love to stay again.

Private Clean Property

Great checkin process and communication with host. Easy access to private entry. Full kitchen, well stocked. I was able to cook multiple meals comfortably. Lamps in bedrooms and living space are needed. Overhead lights are just too much light at bedtime and within the living areas. Also, need coffee/end tables for couches as the small end table does not provide enough room for guests. No independent thermostat in rental living area leaves the space warm for sleeping, even with windows open. Thanks
