The house is located in Aldea Zama, Tulum, just 2.5 km from the beach. It is a house with a double-height roof which makes it a very cool place even in summer. It has a terracwhere you can spend unforgettable moments with your family and friends.

On the second floor, you will find an outdoor area with a private pool in the rooftop, a chill out area and lounge chairs.

Villa Ewa has two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a private bathroom. On the second floor you will find a terrace with a solarium, private pool and a lounge area.

First floor:
- First bedroom: 1 king size bed.
- Second bedroom: 1 queen size bed + desk and chair to work.
- Two bathrooms.
- Living room, dining room and kitchen.
- Internal terrace with mosquitoes.

Second floor:
- Private pool.
- Lounge chairs.
-Sun terrace.

Maximum occupancy: 5 guests.

Villa Ewa is located in the commercial area of Aldea Zama, very close to restaurants, convenience stores and a yoga and Pilates gym that you can walk to.
