Tiny Home in fenced and private side yard. Professionally landscaped and totally private. On a creek, 5 houses down from the beach. 200 yards to downtown. Best location in all Stinson Beach. The only space you share with the house is the parking area.

Cute!

Cute little bungalow right by the beach! Great affordable option for one or two people on a short trip. For some reason the GPS couldn't find it, but we located it eventually with the clever use of a regular map.

Very clean, close distance to the beach, restaurant and Dipsea trail! Fully stocked kitchen and great communication with owner who was so kind and considerate.

Terrible Host

The place and location were excellent. Unfortunately, the host, Timothy decided that I had a guest and harassed me about it and threatened to charge me for a guest. He was accusatory and made false allegations. He told me that I was not honest. Super unpleasant experience, very anxiety provoking, essentially accusing me of lying. I had a friend visit for a few hours, that's it, and Timothy threatened to charge me for that. Awful end of my time away. I will recommend that no one rent from him, ever.

Stinson Beach Visit

The unit, which my wife and I referred to, as the tiny house, was perfect for our needs. Seemed like new; stocked with everything one could need; and was within a very easy walk of the beach, as well as downtown Stinson Beach. We will definitely stay there again during our next visit. The small yard that is part of the property was a very pleasant and useful surprise.

Very small and most impressive

This little house would be an ideal haven for a young, nimble, resilient and adventuresome couple. It has all the essentials for a brief stay. Be prepared for limited closet space, and be prepared for an athletic climb to the upper bedroom. The landlord is a welcoming and a most amenable person and will help guests to the peculiarities of the house. Enjoy! After all, the ocean is but a few steps away.
