The outdoor also offers a grilling area.

The living room space extends via sliding glass doors to the large screened lanai and pool area. The heated pool and deck is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.

Modern Home!

Very cute home! It’s decorated very aesthetically pleasing and super clean. Will definitely come back some other time and is close to the beach.

Nice house but over priced

The house interior is lovely, well kept and modern furnishings the kitchen is well stocked with most things you need. The neighborhood is ok but nothing special, when we arrived cleaning crew were still there at check in so we had to wait a little while they finished up. The house was clean but it is obviously a little unkept on the exterior- this may be due to hurricane damage from last year but there are missing shutters, the ac did not work- there was a portable unit in the living room area but the bedrooms were too warm (had we been told about this prior to arrival we would have brought fans with us) The pool area is ok, the water was cloudy and there are many missing/cracked tiles on the pool surround and there are weeds growing through the pool deck but it has outdoor furniture a seating area and a bbq grill. The games room in the converted garage would have been great but it was so hot in there that we couldn’t use/enjoy it. It was a convenient location, short drive to beaches and restaurants. The host was not very efficient with replying to messages but we did not have any major issues. Overall it was nice but I do think it is over priced for our experience.

Excellent Stay in Englewood 🙌

We had an excellent 3 week stay at this property! The house is very well furnished, spacious, and comfortable. We had 6 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of room. The back patio and pool area is also very nice. There was no lanai during our stay but bugs were not and issue. Plenty of great outdoor seating for dinner and relaxing during the day/night! The kitchen was very well stocked with great cookware and such. We cooked a majority of our meals in the house and it felt like being at home! The neighborhood is very quiet during the day and at night. Very close to grocery stores and several nice restaurants. The big bonus was the short drive (5-8 mins) to the beach which had very easy parking. Even on Fridays and weekends, traffic was minimal. Another bonus was the close proximity to the Rotonda golf courses. The google reviews online give the Rotonda courses a bad image. We played about 12 times over 3 weeks and always had a great experience. We’re lower handicaps and found the courses challenging, unique, and in great condition. We always played after 2pm as the rate for 18 + cart was about $30, which is unheard of for the winter in Florida. The owner was very easy to communicate and answered all of our questions before and during the trip. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family!

Super Clean with Terrific Layout

Upon opening the front door, I immediately noticed two things: 1) the house was beautifully appointed and 2) the house was spotless. We were thrilled to discover that because of the way you could close off the third bathroom from the rest of the house, the kids' bedroom basically became a third master suite, which worked well for us. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything we could imagine, as was the rest of the house. The large sliding glass doors let in plenty of natural light, the pool was relaxing, and the chaise lounges were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
