Welcome to Manasota Key, the premier beach of the West Coast of Florida. The sleepy coastal community allows you to unwind on the beautiful white sands and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants as well as Stump Pass Beach State Park, this unit offers everything you need for your beachfront vacation. Find yourself blissfully transported to paradise with this beachfront property. Hear the sound of the waves crashing to the sand while looking out at the aqua water.

This beach vacation rental has amazing panoramic views of the gulf. Separate lanai off of great room, master bedroom, second bedroom and dining room.

1800 square feet under roof. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry & Wi Fi. There is a large screen flat panel TV in the great room and each bedroom. The unit is within walking distance of restaurants.

If parking is tight on the main property for your vehicle, we can accommodate oversized and any sized vehicles at our sister property next door. Plenty of space and parking available. You are allowed to bring more than one vehicle as well.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We have provided the minimum essentials to get you started. Such as 1 paper towel roll, minimal toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc. We are a vacation rental and not a hotel, so once you run out of the initial supplies it is up to you with what you need. Anything else you may need during your stay; the nearest Publix and Walmart is less than 10 minutes away from the property

CHECK-INS: All check-ins are a self check-in process. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through Vrbo messaging. Thank you.

EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival.

CHECKOUT: All checkouts are at 10 A.M. Please strip the sheets, clean your dishes and throw away all garbage prior to departure. Thank you.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Welcome to Manasota Key, from the north tip of the island to the south, this quant 11 mile island is picture perfect “old Florida”. This island is unique in which half is in Sarasota County and the other half is Charlotte County. It consists mainly of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida and is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan.

MANASOTA KEY BY MORNING
In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.

MANASOTA KEY BY AFTERNOON
There are great restaurants on the Key with daily food and drink specials. For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious lunch at Farlows on the Water. One of the best in the area!

A great getaway spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice, spacious condo on the beach. Loved the balcony that overlooks the gulf. Perfectly located and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We definitely will be booking another stay.

The perfect family getaway!

This was the most PERFECT spot for a family vacation! The condo was SO spacious and had everything you could possibly need inside. The host (Andrew) was amazing and even let us check in early to decorate the place for my mom’s surprise 60th. We can’t wait to come back again!

A Getaway

Pretty much as advertised. Very nice and spacious rooms, easy access to the beach, even for old timers like us. Restaurants were just a short drive, even those off the island.

Family trip

Finally were able to get the adult children away for a family vacation and the 3BR accommodations worked our great. Loved the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Gave us enough distance in the living space to do our own things and gather together for activities. Manager was able to get us in early to drop of food/supplies before heading to the beach. Loved Manasota Key. Secret paradise!

Other than a little issue with parking (when they say “it’s a little tight”, they aren’t kidding. Do NOT bring a crew cab long bed pickup truck… awesome layout for our blended family of 6, and lovely views from almost every room.

Best family trip yet

We arrived to our suite and everything was clean and we had plenty of amenities to keep us going for the week. Having the washer and dryer set up was phenomenal for a family with kids who love the beach lol . We had plenty of towels stocked in both bathrooms and really didn't need to bring extras. The view from all the balconies was fantastic. My whole family was impressed! ( Ages 7, 9, 15 and adults) Will definitely stay again!!

Great Ocean Front Property

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. It was roomy and comfortable. The place was very clean. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The views of the ocean were good. The outside spigot to clean off your feet before going up to the condo had great water pressure. The elevator was very much appreciated. The kitchen had plenty of kitchen items to cook with if we had wanted to use it. Andrew was quick to respond and the check in process was great. The beach was private and beautiful. It was truly the best beach experience I’ve ever had. We were within walking distance to many good restaurants. The Lock and Key had hamburgers to die for.

Beach Access

We enjoyed our stay here. It was so nice to have private beach access. We had plenty of space to play in the sand and in the water. Just down the shore, at the public beach, it was packed. You’re a long ways from the public beach, so it was quiet and peaceful. I loved the turquoise painted boardwalk to the beach because it was easy to find my way back in the morning when I took a walk on the beach. The property is really nice. We had our meals out on the balcony where you can see the water. The kitchen had what we needed. There was plenty of room for us, my mom, my 3 school aged kids and myself. The listing described the property well. We didn’t have to contact the host for anything but when I just checked to say thanks, his reply was very prompt. Overall, one of my favorite stays. Would highly recommend!

The only nice thing about the property was the 2 things they didn't provide, the beach and sunset. This property is very outdated and cheep. The microwave sounds like it going to blow up when you use it. The Livingroom fan has one speed, noisy and slow. The living room TV has no volume and when the property owner final got back to me about the TV, they said they would have a new TV installed...The day we checked out, Thanks. As stated in their description, they provide minimal nothing. A vacation is supposed to be relaxing not wondering what kitchen items I need. Ok, so bring some stuff with you. I brought k-cups for my morning coffee. Nope, they provide a $10 dollar general coffee pot. I had to make especial trip in the morning for ground coffee. No one uses ground coffee, especially on vacation. Horribly property. Spending a little of the expensive stay money to upgrade for a better vacation experience.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here! The location was amazing! Right on the beach which is a private beach! No crowd at all! The place was a great size clean and exactly as advertised! This is the typical “beach living” style. Andrew was very responsive! He let us check in early which was so amazing! We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for everything!

We’ve stayed here in this unit & the house right by here 3 times since July 2023, and we are definitely rebooking for next year. The location is amazing, the host is great, and we love coming as a family. Unit is fully stocked, just need to bring your food and shampoo/toiletries. They have regular towels, beach towels, etc. Definitely coming back next year!

Great Family Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our week at this property. It was spacious, clean and a short walk to the beach. The view of the Gulf was spectacular from the balcony -- you could even spot dolphins in the water. The beach was quiet during our stay (Mon-Fri), but started to pick up closer to the weekend, as to be expected. Our first day there we watched a sea turtle come out of the water & lay her eggs. Amazing!! Parking is very tight. My spouse has a Nissan Frontier and it took him several attempts to not only get out of the parking space, but also driving around the buiding to exit. In addition to the Frontier, we had a Buick Envision & Nissan Rouge which were a bit easier to navigate out of the parking spots. Anything larger you may want to park in the lot a few doors down. Just an FYI, the condo is not "kid friendly". The grandkids are 2,3 & 6. I had to move breakable & sharp objects out of the reach. Also, the front door does not lock from the inside. We had to barricade the door and elevator buttons to keep the 2 year old from escaping. It was hot the week were there and the AC could not keep up for about 2-3 hours in the afternoon, but we just turned the fans on and it was fine. The elevator was great to haul our stuff up & down from the cars. It opens directly into the unit, but you need a special code to use it, so there is not much of a chance of someone else getting in by accident. Overall this was a great place to stay & would highly recommend it to others.

The priority was beautiful, much bigger than the pictures posted. As mentioned it does get warm, it is florida and we weren't really in the property much. We were enjoying the beach in front of the property. We met the cleaning lady who was absolutely the sweetest. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of our friends or family.

Great getaway

Overall I am very pleased with this property. Made it very easy for an older couple to enjoy time at the beach with elevator and handicap boardwalk to beach. Very private and a huge space. Worth every penny. Just like description states. The space is easier to get in than to get out. Plenty of delivery is available. Do bring any toilet paper bc there was half a roll per bathroom. Its a beautiful space and would highly recommend for elderly or handicap staying. Loved our visit. We saw bioluminescent waves. Amazing.
