Guests access this home via a digital lock keypad. A guest access code is provided the morning of check-in.

Other things to note:
*Guests booking MUST be age 25 or older.
-No parking on the grass at any time. No tampering with overhead garage door.
-There is a locked closet in the hallway and in the garage that is for owner access only - do not tamper with these locks.
-Beach chairs and toys located in the garage are for guest use! Please clean/remove sand after use and place back where you found them. We welcome donated beach items as long as they are in good condition/ working order for the next guests to enjoy!
-No tampering w/Pool Equipment- $100 fee if evident as there is a camera on the pool equipment and the front exterior of the house
