Please note: the second bedroom is a loft. To get to the loft, guests have to climb up a ladder. The ceiling is low in the loft. The loft is perfect for children but may not be suitable for adults.
Also note that the outlet near the water is no longer at the property.

We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
